Marbesol vehicles can only be driven in the Iberian Peninsula, Gibraltar and Portugal, and they must be returned back to our Marbella or Malaga Airport offices.

INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:

• VAT and local taxes

PARTICULAR CONDITIONS:

- When collecting the car the main driver has to show his driving license and passport or identity card.

- The driver must present a valid credit card as payment exclusive, which has to be in the name of the main driver on the contract.
For special and luxury cars two credit cards will be required as a guaranty.

- All drivers must be at least 21 years old and in possession of a valid driving licence for at least one year.

- Drivers under 25 or who have held a licence for between 1 and 4 years must pay an additional premium at the rate of 3 euros per day (minimum 15 euros and maximum 45 euros per contract)
. These drivers may only drive vehicles of categories A, B, C, D y E.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (payable on arrival by the customer):

Night handling:
30 euros per car will be charged to all the bookings with pick-up times between 23:00h and 07:00h.
These reservations will only be handled at our Malaga Airport office. The flight number is required.
In the event that the flight is delayed and the pick up time occur between 23:00h and 07:00h, this charge will also be applied.

Aditional drivers:
3 euros per day for each extra driver with a maximum of 3 drivers per contract (minimum 15 euros and maximum 45 euros each).

Baby and booster seats:
4 euros per day each seat and per contract (minimum 15 euros and maximum 45 euros each). Customers are responsible for installing the restraint, which WILL NOT BE ANCHORED to the vehicle.

GPS:
4 euros per day (minimum 15 euros and maximum 45 euros each).

Traffic fine negotiation:
If the vehicle receives a fine during the rental period, the customer will be responsible for full payment of the fine as well as a 30€ traffic fine management fee.

Devolución del vehículo:
Day of rent refers to a period of 24 hours from the time of the beginning of the rental The return of the vehicle more than 120 minutes over the stated end time of the rental contract will generate a charge of 30 euros per day plus an extra amount corresponding to the additional rental days, (with a minimum of 30 euros and one day rental charge).

Insurances:
The damage insurance (CDW) does not include damage to tyres, wheel rims, hubcaps, interior of the vehicle, wing mirrors, rear view mirror, car glass, locks, undercarriage, clutch, engine, sump, catalytic converter and radiator. Also not included are battery recharge, loss of keys, towtruck, taxi transfer after an accident, and fuelling error. It is possible to take out two types of additional insurance to partially or fully cover these exclusions:

- Tyres and Glasses Insurance: covers damages to tyres and glasses (**) and its cost is
• 4 euros per day (minimum 15 euros and maximum 45 euros per rental) for groups A, B, C, D y E
• 6 euros per day (minimum 20 euros and maximum 70 euros per rental) for all groups except A, B, C, D y E

- Total Insurance: covers damages to tyres, glasses, clutch, undercarriage, battery, towtruck, fuelling error and loss of keys (**) with a cost of
• 6 euros per day (minimum 20 euros and maximum 70 euros per rental) for groups A, B, C, D y E
• 8 euros por día (minimum 25 euros and maximum 90 euros per rental) for all groups except A, B, C, D y E

(**)Security deposit amounts to be deposited according to the type of optional insurance purchased:
- With the purchase of neither the Tyres and Glasses or Total Insurance, 800 euros must be deposited per rental.
- With the purchase the Tyres and Glasses Insurance, 400 euros must be deposited per rental.
- With the purchase of the Total Insurance, no security deposit is needed.

Fuel policy:
The car will be delivered full of petrol and a full tank of fuel must be paid at the begining of the rental period (the price of fuel varies according to the make and model of the car and the prevailing fuel prices) The car should be returned as empty as possible and no refunds will be made for unused fuel.
If the rental is for 3 days or less, the car must be returned with the same amount of petrol that it had when it was delivered.
