The cuisine in Malaga is the collection of the gastronomy of the whole province. The typical dish is "fried fish" based on mackerel, anchovies, mullet, squid or octopus, also the gazpacho and gazpachuelo, noodle casserole, the salad and Malaga crumbs, among others. We cannot forget the Málaga wine, famous since the Phoenicians and Romans introduced it, they are sweet wines with Moscatel grapes or Pedro Ximenez type.
