I had no problems with car hire in oct 2017 and summer 2018 . Very friendly staff on arrival. I had a good laugh with the lady and then no problems on return. I will use you again when needed when i return to Malaga . Thank you. Please Please make sure you take out the FULL insurance package on your car as Spanish drivers don't care if they scrape your car or bang into it ( Spanish kiss as they call it ) . With full insurance package you don't have any excess to pay on return . 100% worth it .
La mia esperienza con Marbesol è stata oltre 5*****. Ho prenotato un'auto diesel, nella prenotazione ho specificato che sarebbe stato bello avere un'auto comoda perché mi serviva per un lungo viaggio verso il nord del Portogallo e ritorno ovviamente. Mi hanno dato una bellissima auto sportiva diesel, nuovissima... fantastica! Al ritorno, sono arrivato anche con 10 minuti di ritardo, proprio prima che l'ufficio chiudesse. Ho chiamato velocemente e ho spiegato che ero bloccato nel traffico, sono stati così gentili da aspettarmi per la consegna dell'auto! Non potevo aspettarmi un servizio migliore! Consigliatissimo! We have used Marbesol consistently for the past four years. We always choose the all-inclusive option as we don't want the headache of having anything happen to the car and then be charged for it. We also don't like leaving hefty deposits on our credit card so that's another reason we choose all-inclusive. The last reason would be that two drivers are included in the cover which is great. I appreciate you feel as though you are being tricked at the desk if you haven't taken the all-inclusive option, as this happened to us with Marbesol and with a few other companies that have offices based inside the airport. Once we realised that all the car hire companies do exactly the same thing, we knew we wanted to pay the extra upfront to avoid the hassle. Ever since, we have not had a single issue whenever we have hired a car. We even get free upgrades when they aren't too busy.
I have been using Marbesol since 1999 and really there is no one to beat them for service, professionalism, efficiency and always a smile on their faces
Fantastic car rental company. Car model as promised and spotless. Lady met us at the airport and directed us to the mini bus . Satnav provided worked well. Transfer from and to the airport efficient. Would recommend getting the fully comp insurance as you don't have to leave a deposit and don't have to pay anything if the car gets damaged. Was quite obvious that the cars in the best condition were given to the fully comp customers. Would use again.
Used these guys last year for the first time and service was great, car was clean and they sorted out some extra days for us without any hassle when our flight was cancelled. Hoping to return this year and and won't hesitate to use them again.
We booked a car for a week in summer 2015 and we were very happy about it. We took the all inclusive package and there was no surprise, no extra charges. The car was new, clean and in good condition. The shuffle to the airport works perfectly even at 5am - only 5 min wait. We plan on booking again this summer. Thanks
We have been Marbesol clients for over 10 years and are pleased to say we are always pleased by the costs of rental, customer service and the condition of their cars. They are friendly and efficient and have rarely been disappointed.
Brilliant people to deal with. Never any difficulties with sorting out problems ( which have been few in any case) -refreshing for a car hire company. I have used them over a dozen times in the last 18 months and always very good as well as really good value. Not actually on the airport at Malaga but only just off it and the courtesy bus is very frequent. Fully recommended
I recently used Marbesol for the 3rd time and I've been delighted with the service on each occasion. Their office is a short hop from the airport and getting there only takes a few minutes. I booked and paid on-line so all the paperwork was already done and I was driving away in no time at all. The cars I've had have all been relatively new with very little mileage, so no complaints there! Overall a good experience...I'll be back!
