Had a great deal for a weeks car rental in Malaga, it was the first time we'd rented from them. We took the All Inclusive rate, everything went smoothly, no excess, just handed the keys back at the end. They pick you up at the airport and their office is a 2 min drive from airport. Would rent a car with them again.
4 years later, i always rent here. Excellent cars and services. Always fast pick up and even faster drop off. Friendly people. I always buy the extra insurance; never ever that i had an accident in 33 years, but it's a peace of mind. I don't get it why people rent from the multinationals or from a broker! I find MARBESOL way cheaper, better service, etc etc. No deposit needed upon reservation, you can cancel up to 48 hour's before. I rent often cars across Europe, they beat every other company i rent from! And, last but not least, after your first reservation, you get an extra bonus from the second reservation onwards, as you become a member. Just login and get the "bonus". Yes people, bring your VISA card with you, debit card is not accepted, just like everywhere. Hellooooo. 😁🤪 Fun fact. Just dropped the car, saw forgotten stuff laying around at drop office, i was laughing at people, how can they forget this...and that...and that. Well, we forgot ourselves a wallet into the car. They called us an hour later. They could've kept it and say nothing. There is a serious amount in it, visa card, etc. My compliments to the staff! ( We would've figure it out eventually anyway, as we used it 5 minutes ago at petrol station, but it's the attention). We got this time a HYUNDAI TUCSON, with just 16.000km's. Few dents but i personally don't care, i don't see them, i sit inside 🙂 ( How did u people manage to damage a new car? Stick to fiat panda, people, if u can't drive big cars).
I booked a car 3 months before I went to Malaga. The price was exceptional, 102 euros for 4 days with all inclusive insurance, with free cancelation! Everything went very well. At the airport we met with the representative of the company who found our reservation and directed us to the minibus with which we were transferred to the company's headquarters. There, everything was very organized: I entered the reception when my name was displayed on the screen from the waiting point. The formalities were relatively quick and I made the payment at reservation price - no bad surprise! I received a Renault Clio and I was asked if it was OK for me. The car was in good condition, fairly new, had a mileage of about 30,000 km, very clean. It was compatible with Android Auto, which was very helpful. I drove about 1200 km in 4 days and I had no problem. Droping the car was very simple (just parked the car in the company's garage) and we were transferred to the airport by the company's minibus. It was a very good experience for me and I will definitely rent a car from Marbesol whenever I have the opportunity.
Rented from them several times zero issues at all and several cars I'm part of there vip and no issues when I arrived will be using them again in May thanks for the good work as usual see you in May
Great service from the staff. Car worked perfectly with no issues. A bonus is the insurance that is offered with the car (collision, scratches, etc.). I had to return the car later than expected and the team was super understanding and friendly (no additional costs). Overall a very easy and pleasant experience!
I've used Marbesol for the last 8 years and I haven't had any issues with them. One of the best prices I've seen in the market. The customer services are really helpful. once I had a wheel puncture in 2019 and they got me a taxi to the rental car next day and new car all smoothly done and professionally executed without any charges and no waiting time. Every time I needed a car or drop a car at the airport, it took less than 20min. No major delays and the team are very polite. Last week I forgot an item inside the car whilst I was already at the airport and I called and they brought me the item in less than 15min. I love them and I won't choose any other company as long as they keep this outstanding service. Thank you Marbesol Team.
Thanks to the wonderful Marbesol team for the car rental experience. Good value for money, including full insurance. The pick-up was well organized in the collection area, with only a short wait. The exceptionally friendly office staff prepared the paperwork quickly and we were on our way with an almost new car. A great experience. With Suzuki Vitara, we explored the entire southern coast of Spain. I will definitely use Marbesol again and highly recommend it.
