Efficient and very quick with pick up and drop off with the airport. Car collection & return is also very easy and they have a great system in place, all at a very competitive cost vs other "major" car hire companies. Great car that did the job for us, and whilst I had some nervousness based on reviews of other hire companies, they were excellent. Will hire again. Thanks
Very positive first-time car rental experience. Booked online, shuttle bus to/from airport available. Took full insurance. Better to have credit card. I had only debit but luckily company accepted my card.
I use the all inclusive package and everything went smoothly as usual. The car was like new the office booking process took about 5 minutes and when I returned the car everything was sorted in no time. I have used Marbesol on many occasions and have never had a problem with them and will continue using them in the future.
If you ever flying to Malaga and you want to rent a car from the airport you go with them ! You only need to book the car online first(something that i didn’t know and i went to the office and ladies working there kindly told me i have to prebook the car before i go there like 4 hours from before-my bad) . Luckily i booked the car i was looking for with them the next day.Very easy going to their office from the airport , there is a shuttle bus of their company waiting for you at the airport -if you have booked the car already- and they drop you off at their office . The same way they drop you off when you have to return the car the last day of rental . NO DEPOSIT if you book the “All Inclusive” option as promised nor any hidden fees . Car fuel policy is full to full . Fast service when picking and returning the car . Thanks to the polite lady that i booked the car with ! Sorry for the long review !
Rented a Fiat 500 convertible for no money. What I liked most was the all-insured policy. This makes the whole rental process fuss-free as no detailed inspection is needed and no discussions after return occur. The car was nice, just a touch neglected, but all in all fine. Service was very quick, friendly and well organized. Overall, fantastic value for money and a hassle free car that makes you smile.
Car quality - I rented Auris AT, the car was in good condition (engine, transmission, AC, car audio, brake), though the outside paint job has some scratches, which is normal for a car rental and will not affect driving comfort and performance. Service - I booked online and got my confirmation within 12 hrs. I went at the office directly (not from their shuttle servixe at the airport since I am from Gibraltar) at 8:30am, as I was scheduled at 9am, there was no line hence I got my car in less than 10 mins. The process is quick and the staff were friendly and English speaking, hence no problem comunicating. After my rental, I returned it 3 days after, at 5am and it was a quick return as well. Just dropped it off and some quick inspection from the personnel and I was good to go. Price - I have compared their price with others and Marbesol has a competitive price, even much cheaper on similar cars. No hidden charges and fees, no deposit or whatsoever. I would likely repeat with them on my next trip and I highly recommend Marbesol.
Fantastic service. From start to finish I could not fault Marbesol. We were met at the airport by and taken to Thier office, the staff were fantastic - the lovely lady who dealt with me was brilliant. I will most definitely use Marbesol on my next visit. Oh the car was fantastic also 👍👍👍
In short: Fast, easy and free of any fuss car rental. I’ve been customer for Marbesol for quite few times in the last five years or so. The ease of reserving a car combined with the actual premium package (incl. additional driver!) without any excess payments makes this service to me a great reliable option. The cars are relatively new, usually a bit scuffed, but clean and in otherwise great condition! Highly recommended! And hot tip: always take the premium package, just for the ease of mind.
We were very happy with the service and the value at Marbesol. The actual car collection office is a 5 minute ride from the airport but this was no problem. The Marbesol rep met us and took us to the collection office. Definitely recommemd
