In cases where you contact us as a website user through the contact section, your data will be used for the purpose of addressing the query or request that you may send us.

BOOKINGS

In the event that the User completes the booking process, their data will be used for the purpose of managing the requested booking. Likewise, when making the booking, we will assign you a code so that you can access Club Marbesol, where you can consult the list of your bookings, process cancellations, request invoices, and manage your customer profile. The customer will have a VIP, Gold or Platinum level, depending on the number of bookings made.

As a member of Club Marbesol, a discount will be applied to bookings, the percentage of which will depend on the number of bookings made. You will also be entitled to discounts and promotions at some of the companies we work with. You can check these advantages and promotions here.

WORK WITH US

The data that the user provides through this section will be used to include them in our selection processes.

COMMENTS

USERS

The data of users who send us any query will be kept for the period necessary to address their request; subsequently, the data will be deleted, unless the nature of the query or request requires the retention of your information for other purposes, in which case we will inform you about said purpose of processing, the retention period and recipients of data, in the terms that correspond.

BOOKINGS

Personal data will be kept for the period necessary for the management of the booking. Subsequently, the data will be kept duly blocked during the statute of limitations for legal actions and after this period has elapsed, they will be deleted.

WORK WITH US

The data of candidates for job positions will be kept for a period not exceeding two years. After this period, we will proceed to delete the information.

COMMENTS

The comment will appear published for the period it appears on our website. However, the user may request the removal of the comment at any time.

The information of recipients of commercial communications will be kept indefinitely unless the User requests to unsubscribe from receiving new communications, in which case we will proceed to remove their data and include them in our Robinson List in order to guarantee that no new commercial mailings are made.

You will have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the Company, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another controller without hindrance from the Company, when the processing is based on consent, and is carried out by automated means. When exercising your right to data portability, you will have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from controller to controller where technically feasible. This right to portability shall not apply to processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority. The right to portability shall not extend to data that the Company would have inferred from data derived directly from the use of the services provided.

OBJECTION

You will have the right to object to the processing of data concerning you at any time, including profiling.
