I use MARBESOL PARKING always when I leave Marbella and it always worked perfectly fine. The shuttle leaves straight away towards the terminal and also pick-up after arrival went okay (sometimes you need to wait a few minutes). Car is always clean when you get it back, extra plus! :-)
I had brand new Arkana with 22km on odometer. The car is fantastic. Service awesome. Drop-off to the airport was quick. I would improve the waiting area a bit: make it closed and more comfy (seats, WiFi, etc)
Best service, I’ve experienced: 3hours before flight, we blow off our tire on a narrow road and it was 1hour ride from airport/marbesol. We called them and they brougut spare car for us imidiately, in just 1hour. We made it to the flight at the end and Marbesol charged us just 20€ for not completely filled up gas tank, everything else(broken wheel, spare car and our car evacuation) is work with insurance for them, they didn’t charged anything from that accident. Thank you very much guys, we were in difficult situation, but everything worked out perfectly.
Use them all the time when staying on the mainland. Collection and drop off at the airport. Great selection of cars, fully inclusive prices so no shocks when collecting. Friendly and helpful staff.

Second or third time I've used Marbesol, and they are now my prefered rental company in Marbs. Pick up from the airport is a shuttle bus ride away to their place on the main road. You can also pick up from Marbella town. There is a lovely guy who works there who always makes time to say hello and nothing is ever too much trouble. Cars have been fine. Prices can't be beaten. Definitely cheaper to hire for a month down here than all the hassle and expense of ferry and driving (its just not worth it).
Second time to Malaga with Marbesol. No issues, car clean and everything working. Outside had a few scuffs and dings, but nothing major. Pick up painless and fairly rapid, no more than 10 minutes wait at either end of the rental, staff efficient and friendly. Competitive price, I would definitely use them again.
Revised 2 Jul 2023: Very trust worthy. Still our favorite car rental company, love the service and the staff. ------- Excellent car rental company. Very competitive prices, great service and staff and by far better than any other car rental in the area. Prices are exactly as announced and no hidden charges. The missing star because some cars are old or not well maintained but they will change it without hesitation. Always take the full coverage to have peace of mind and comes with free GPS and additional driver. Also they allow few hours if your late. Highly recommended.
The best "Rent a Car" company in the country. I have been using the service for a relevant number of years. No hidden prices as many other companies do. The staff is excellent, kind and professional.
