For the second year in a row I booked a car here and have always been satisfied. Transport to and from the airport went smoothly (I do admit it was generally quiet; when we left, a lot of people arrived and there was a queue).
The car met expectations. As mentioned by others, it’s often not the exact model booked, but always an equivalent one.
Price/quality is, in my opinion, the best choice.
The process is smooth and they don’t make things difficult.
