I had a good experience with Marbesol. We had a shuttle bus take us to collect our car at Malaga Airport. There was a little bit of waiting which was fine. I've had a lot longer waiting at other airports over the years with the bigger companies. Staff spoke English and helped me through any paperwork requirements they required. We pre-booked a small SUV and was handed a white Seat Arona which was perfect for a family of 2 adults, 2 teenagers. I just about fit 2 large suitcases and a smaller suitcase in the boot so was great for driving as we were staying at 3 different places over 2 weeks. The car was pretty much new and was clean outside and was so clean that you would never know anyone had driven it before. Very easy to return at the end of the rental before returning back to the Terminal in their shuttle bus. Great service Marbesol.

Probably the best car rental I have ever used. Renting without a deposit, no hidden fees, no tricks. There was even no need to look at the car in detail and search for damages when renting. From the friendly staff I heard: "the car is fully insured, do not worry about damage, if something serious happens - call us". I regret that all rental companies do not operate in this way.
Very easy to book online. Full insurance purchased. Quick vehicle pickup and return. Please note that a credit card is required (although you do not have to pay with it and there is no block on it). The car was slightly bruised, but it did not matter during use. Prices very good. Fast transfer to and from the airport. I recommend
Not all heroes wear capes, and this company is a Marvel protagonist in the car rental world. I used to use a popular UK rental car comparison site just to protect myself from the insane number of scammy car rental companies out there, until I found Marbesol. They are the fairest, friendliest, most professional, accommodating and personable car rental company I have ever used. The staff are outstanding, the cars are great, the website and loyalty club is fantastic, the collection and delivery is seamless, and the cars are always clean and presentable. Owing to their business model, it's true that on occasion there may be a slight, hard-to-spot scuff on the vehicle, but this is rare, and is a very small consequence for the peace of mind that you're fully ensured at no extra cost by default, and that you're in the hands of a company who you can trust and who deliver an excellent, all-round, 360 degree service. Having rented in multiple countries across Europe, US and Asia, Marbesol have repeatedly provided the best customer service and car rental experience I have enjoyed anywhere. Thank you to the whole team in the office, who always gone above and beyond to ensure I was very well taken care of. The same goes for their Marbella branch.
