I recently rented with Marbesol and I can honestly say that their service is great I received the exact vehicle I needed although I didn’t realise that the side of the car had a massive dent in the side until I reached my hotel, I phoned them up to change it and and they went above and beyond to accommodate my request. The car infotainment system was in German and the manager was more than happy to assist me in changing it to English. The car was perfect service impeccable I was sceptical to go with them as some reviews on here don’t inspire confidence however I have to say that my experience was second to none and as long as you take out full insurance you have very little if anything to worry about. Thank you to all the staff that assisted me and I’ll be back again for sure!! Muchas Gracias
We have used this company for the last 2 years fantastic customer service and cars are always clean and in good condition. Would not use anyone else 5 min minibus ride from the Airport.
Revised 2 Jul 2023: Very trust worthy. Still our favorite car rental company, love the service and the staff. ------- Excellent car rental company. Very competitive prices, great service and staff and by far better than any other car rental in the area. Prices are exactly as announced and no hidden charges. The missing star because some cars are old or not well maintained but they will change it without hesitation. Always take the full coverage to have peace of mind and comes with free GPS and additional driver. Also they allow few hours if your late. Highly recommended.
The prices are very fair, the cars are in great condition and always clean. Quick reaction and customer support in case of problems. We have worked with Marbesol quite a few times now and never had the slightest issue with the company. They pick you up at the airport to go get the car and drop you back when you return the car. The pick up of the car is fast and efficient, as is the return. The insurance included is good and extensive. They are professional and pleasant. We'll for sure keep renting from them when in the region.

Our last booking, I had inadvertently incorrect dates when we needed the car but Marabasol quickly resolved the issue and found us a car even during a busy period for them. They are particularly friendly and helpful.

Absolutely impeccable and effortless experience. Courtesy shuttle with friendly driver to depot upon landing and then back to departures. 5 minutes to be in the car driving away and upon returning the car they simply checked that the fuel was full and wished us a safe journey I cannot recommend this service enough A+ We will definitely be repeat customers.

I got exactly what I booked. Absolutely no hassle whatsoever. I arrived at Malaga airport around 930pm and by the time I got out, it was 10pm. I found the location quite easily but perhaps pictures of where to wait for transfer would help other customers. It was only a few minutes drive from the airport and the whole procedure took less than 5 minutes. No hidden charge, no hard sale of additional insurance and all the irritating things that usually happen. I purchased the "full cover" at home in UK beforehand so I was pretty much just given the key once my identity was confirmed. I dropped the car back off at 4am and was immediately taken to the airport. I left it with a full tank and did not get charged a fuel charge or anything silly. I will definitely visit Malaga again and will hire from this company again without a doubt.
Quite an easy and pleasant experience! It was too simple to make a reservation through their web app. When we arrived organized mini bus shuttle took us from the arrivals on the airport and they drove us directly to the garage and offices. The procedure of taking the car took us only 3 minutes. You show the documents, they make a payment with only credit card and that’s it. You are leaving with the booked car. Also for the return, they checked car and drove us again to the airport. If I ever come back to Malaga I’ll definitely cooperate with Marbesol again.
