Not all heroes wear capes, and this company is a Marvel protagonist in the car rental world. I used to use a popular UK rental car comparison site just to protect myself from the insane number of scammy car rental companies out there, until I found Marbesol. They are the fairest, friendliest, most professional, accommodating and personable car rental company I have ever used. The staff are outstanding, the cars are great, the website and loyalty club is fantastic, the collection and delivery is seamless, and the cars are always clean and presentable. Owing to their business model, it's true that on occasion there may be a slight, hard-to-spot scuff on the vehicle, but this is rare, and is a very small consequence for the peace of mind that you're fully ensured at no extra cost by default, and that you're in the hands of a company who you can trust and who deliver an excellent, all-round, 360 degree service. Having rented in multiple countries across Europe, US and Asia, Marbesol have repeatedly provided the best customer service and car rental experience I have enjoyed anywhere. Thank you to the whole team in the office, who always gone above and beyond to ensure I was very well taken care of. The same goes for their Marbella branch.
Very easy to book online. Full insurance purchased. Quick vehicle pickup and return. Please note that a credit card is required (although you do not have to pay with it and there is no block on it). The car was slightly bruised, but it did not matter during use. Prices very good. Fast transfer to and from the airport. I recommend
An excellent three week rental. The rental price including full insurance without deductible is unbeatable; the vehicle - a Fiat 500 Hybrid - in perfect condition. The shuttle back and forth to the airport - a short journey of four minutes - was no problem, the service staff were very friendly across the board. Overall, an uncomplicated transaction. Thank you very much and gladly again.

Very friendly service. But the last car I had smelt smoke and I have an problem with my longs. Hope next time that it will be better.

Revelation. Fast transfer from and to the airport. Staff very nice and helpful. When booking, I entered all my details, so the rental took a very short time and the return was even shorter 😃 I received a Renault Clio in very good condition with full insurance. The best car rental company I have ever worked with and I will definitely use it again. I highly recommend it 😃
