Very fast and pleasant service. The transfer to and from the airport was also smooth. We rented a car here for 12 days and received a brand-new Suzuki. Overall, definitely 5 stars.
The experience was very positive! The entire online car rental process was very simple and, when we had a small doubt after reading some comments, we called and everything was explained clearly and quickly. The all-inclusive rate is affordable, offers excellent coverage and provides great peace of mind. Once at the office, the service was efficient and professional. We were offered an upgraded car at the same price, but it was too large for us, and they had no problem exchanging it for a smaller one. What we appreciated most was the speed of both the vehicle handover and the airport transfers on arrival and departure. The only downside was that the car had a few scratches and a small dent; it wasn’t an issue as it worked perfectly, but aesthetically it wasn’t ideal. Overall, our experience was very positive (much better than with other companies we had used before), and we highly recommend it.

I highly recommend this car rental company! We received a new car (Nissan Juke) with only 500 km on the odometer. We were picked up from the airport, and the vehicle pickup procedure was very well organized. The price includes a second driver and full insurance, and you can drive outside Spain within the Iberian Peninsula. A MasterCard or Visa credit card is required for payment. No deposit or fund blocking. We returned the car at 4:30 a.m. without any issues. A friendly staff member completed the formalities in 5 minutes and took us back to the airport. Highly recommended! I will definitely use their services again in the future 🙂
The best car rental company!!! No hidden fees, insurance included in the price. The transfer from the airport to the rental office takes about 5 minutes by shuttle, and the same on return. The vehicle check at drop-off took around 5 minutes and that was it. I booked an i30 and got a BMW 118d :D. Better equipment and 150 HP for the same price!
My first experience renting a car in Europe was simply excellent: a one-time payment and that’s it, no deposit and no extra charges. New cars in excellent condition, and friendly staff always ready to help. There was a small issue when picking up the car at night (the office is open 24/7), but everything was resolved well. If I’m in Malaga again, I will definitely use them again.
