First experience with Marbesol, a good one. Nice car and clear agreements. One point for improvement: clearer information at Malaga airport about which Marbesol shuttle or taxi would pick us up; we spent half an hour searching and asking for a contact person. A clearly visible sign with the Marbesol name would help. After that, it took another half hour for the shuttle to arrive, even though the drive to the Marbesol location is short. There was also about half an hour of waiting/registration there; all of this could be more efficient. Returning the car around 6:45 went smoothly, and the transfer back to the airport as well. Next time, we will definitely choose Marbesol again. Thank you!
Always a great experience renting a car from Marbesol, who have become my go-to company for car rentals in Malaga. Their prices are decent and the service at the counter is always good. I especially like the fully insured option, which means there is never any hassle when returning the car other than checking the fuel level.
The cars I have rented have always been newer and well maintained.
The shuttles are usually quick; even during peak times I think the longest I’ve waited is about 15 minutes. Once at their premises, the queuing system is easy to follow and I’ve rarely had to wait more than a few minutes before my name appears on the screen, although being a member of their customer club may also help.
I rent cars from them a couple of times every year and will continue to do so.

We are deeply impressed with the service. The pickup was easy and the car return was very fast. Moreover, we had an issue in another city: we forgot to turn off the lights and the battery died. We contacted the company and they solved the problem very quickly by calling roadside assistance. It was free for us (we had full coverage).
