Great ! Very serious and efficient company. We were transferred from the airport to the agency office, a journey of literally 5 minutes. The vehicle was new and clean. The administrative procedure was quick. The price is very attractive. On the other hand, be careful in the evening, the staff is reduced and if there are many arrivals at the same time there will be a wait for the pick-up. Apart from that I recommend 10000%. If the opportunity arises I will rent from them.
Everything, from the moment we were greeted at Malaga airport until we drop the car at Marbesol when we left, was perfect. Representative of Marbesol was waiting at the airport in exact same point where it was indicated in the video they sent. Once we got into van transfer to renatl house was 5 min drive. Personal who gave us the car were super polite and very quick, we got the car in less than 15 minutes. Car was clean, low milage and in the same class we booked it (we were also offered an upgrade which we declined because we knew what we want). Return of the car was rocket fast, from the moment we entered the garage till the moment we were inside the terminal (that includes 5 min drive) it took us 10 minutes flat, unbelievable fast. All recommendation for Marbesol rental a car, will do it again for sure.
I've been hiring from Marbesol for almost ten years. They've never let me down once. Great selection of cars, at incredibly reasonable transparent prices - way cheaper than companies based at the airport. Don't be afraid of hiring out of the airport - the shuttle bus is right there next to the exit and takes minutes to get you to Marbesol's site, and the process is easy and efficient. Collection and drop off could not be easier - no fuss and no hidden charges or challenges. It's probably easier to get out of the airport area once you've picked up your car too!

This is quite honestly the best car hire I have ever taken. Well organised, lovely staff who like to have fun, and really no fuss, nor haggle. A lovely new car, excellent rates, and no (Spanish) inquisition over the most minute fly drits. I will certainly be using this Car Hire in the future!
Very professional and attentive. Made sure we were happy with our vehicle and offered options to change it should we of wanted to. Waiting for the shuttle bus was probably the longest thing of the whole process including drop off and that was only 10 mins. Reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. And then on return of the vehicle, the customer service we received was exceptional. It is the only car hire company I use whilst visiting Malaga
I recommend. They were the only ones who offered to collect the car at night without unnecessary problems. In other rental companies, even though the website offered the option of pickup at night for an additional fee, they refused this service. Full insurance, the possibility of renting child seats and a quick transfer from the airport to pick up the car (3 minutes), in addition, the car return process took about 1 minute and there was no deposit. The car I received was a Mercedes Citan with a mileage of 1,500 km, it still smelled new. I recommend it to everyone with the option of full insurance.
Communication to pick up area at airport was clear and Marbesol rep was waiting with Minibus. Quick 4 minute transfer to office/pick up. Had to wait a little longer than would have liked to finalise formalities and be handed key to car. Pleasant staff. Car was OK although it had a high mileage. Drop off on return was very quick and Minibus back to the airport was waiting. Would definitely use Marbesol again.

The best car rental I have experienced! Fast and free additional driver, full coverage, no worries about scratches, no huge insurance hold on the credit card! I will totally use Marbesol again :)
