Everything is just as they say, no surprises afterwards... Unlike most companies that always find a way to charge you extra. They pick you up at the airport and take you to get the car. Had all inclusive Vito minivan. Was upgraded from manual to automatic for free. Car had some scratches and bumps, but nothing serious. Drove well, very economic with 7-gear gearbox. Easy to find gathering point at the airport for pickup. As there was plenty of travellers at the same time, we needed to wait for another minibus to arrive, around 10min. Credit card needed at the office. Giving away the car they checked only for full fuel tank and we were good to go. Transfer to the airport went quick. Pleasant service, good car, recommended!

14 to 19 Feb 2024 was my first time renting a car at Marbesol. The experience was positive and the rent was smooth and trouble-free. The car was a new Skoda Scala 1.0L with just around 9000km of total milage, it was clean, well-equipped and comfortable for my family of four. Returning the car was a breeze, getting a car took some time but it was ok, the staff was friendly and helpful.
Good price and excellent customer service. Returning the car was seamless and quick - the whole process took less than 5 minutes. I would recommend this rental car company whenever you are in Malaga. Update 15/03/2024: I have updated the stars to five because this is my third time booking with Marbesol since 2023, and I have been fully satisfied. I have now become a loyal customer, and I hope this relationship will continue. Good prices, responsive, and good customer service.
