Had a great deal for a weeks car rental in Malaga, it was the first time we'd rented from them. We took the All Inclusive rate, everything went smoothly, no excess, just handed the keys back at the end. They pick you up at the airport and their office is a 2 min drive from airport. Would rent a car with them again.
Rented from them several times zero issues at all and several cars I'm part of there vip and no issues when I arrived will be using them again in May thanks for the good work as usual see you in May
Great service from the staff. Car worked perfectly with no issues. A bonus is the insurance that is offered with the car (collision, scratches, etc.). I had to return the car later than expected and the team was super understanding and friendly (no additional costs). Overall a very easy and pleasant experience!
I've used Marbesol for the last 8 years and I haven't had any issues with them. One of the best prices I've seen in the market. The customer services are really helpful. once I had a wheel puncture in 2019 and they got me a taxi to the rental car next day and new car all smoothly done and professionally executed without any charges and no waiting time. Every time I needed a car or drop a car at the airport, it took less than 20min. No major delays and the team are very polite. Last week I forgot an item inside the car whilst I was already at the airport and I called and they brought me the item in less than 15min. Thanks to the wonderful Marbesol team for the car rental experience. Good value for money, including full insurance. The pick-up was well organized in the collection area, with only a short wait. The exceptionally friendly office staff prepared the paperwork quickly and we were on our way with an almost new car. A great experience. With Suzuki Vitara, we explored the entire southern coast of Spain. I will definitely use Marbesol again and highly recommend it.
Efficient and very quick with pick up and drop off with the airport. Car collection & return is also very easy and they have a great system in place, all at a very competitive cost vs other "major" car hire companies. Great car that did the job for us, and whilst I had some nervousness based on reviews of other hire companies, they were excellent. Will hire again. Thanks
Rented a Fiat 500 convertible for no money. What I liked most was the all-insured policy. This makes the whole rental process fuss-free as no detailed inspection is needed and no discussions after return occur. The car was nice, just a touch neglected, but all in all fine. Service was very quick, friendly and well organized. Overall, fantastic value for money and a hassle free car that makes you smile.
Very positive first-time car rental experience. Booked online, shuttle bus to/from airport available. Took full insurance. Better to have credit card. I had only debit but luckily company accepted my card.
I use the all inclusive package and everything went smoothly as usual. The car was like new the office booking process took about 5 minutes and when I returned the car everything was sorted in no time. I have used Marbesol on many occasions and have never had a problem with them and will continue using them in the future.
