Everything went very well. Don’t be surprised that there is no vehicle inspection at pick-up or return, which makes sense since the cars are fully insured with no excess.
However, I can’t give 5 stars because when picking up the vehicle they tried to overcharge me: even though the tank was not even half full, they offered that I could return it at any level by paying an extra €60. The agent tried to make us believe it was a great deal, but in fact it only is if the car is provided with a full tank and returned empty.
Great place in Marbella: one price, no add-ons, and easy pick-up and drop-off. Used for over a year with no issues.
Well-known rental companies like Hertz, Sixt or Alamo could learn from this place. I ordered a BMW X1 and got it — not a Dacia like elsewhere. Full insurance at a reasonable price. The first impression feels a bit chaotic, but after a while you realize it’s a well-thought-out system. The key is checking in with staff at the airport, after which everything runs smoothly. I recommend it and will gladly return.
I’ve never used anyone else. Once you become a member, every car you rent is fully insured, even for small scrapes. I’ve used them for the past 6 or 7 years and never had a problem.
Very good rental company: fast pick-up, minimal paperwork. We booked from Poland with no extra charges, payment at pick-up. You can drive to Portugal and Gibraltar. Very quick and efficient return, airport transfer in just 3 minutes. 100% recommended.
Hassle-free car pick-up and return, vehicles in good condition and clean. Clear rental terms with no hidden tricks. The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel as received; otherwise, the difference is charged. I’ve rented from them twice and I’m satisfied. One thing to note: after driving a total of 1,500 km, you need to exchange the car for another one, which is worth considering if you plan to drive a lot.
