We've been renting cars from Marbesol for several years now and love the hassle-free service. We always get our car in no time, there are no hidden extras to worry about and the price is great. One thing that's changed is the fuel policy — it used to be full/full, now you need to return the car with as much gasoline as you picked it up with. Unfortunately that adds something to worry about on the renter's side. We hope Marbesol will reconsider this change and revert to the old policy. That's why I can only give 4 stars for an otherwise excellent car rental company.
This car rental company comes with an absolute recommendation. You are picked up at the airport by shuttle bus and taken to the location, where you receive the car you booked online beforehand.
We had a T-Roc for two weeks; it was quite new, clean and in perfect condition.
The price, including two child seats, was really cheap compared to others.
You are fully insured with no excess.
We had a small damage on the last day and it was absolutely hassle-free.

We got a car in good condition (Renault Captur with 55,000 km) at an acceptable price, with unlimited mileage and no excess. The check-in process was a bit unusual but logical — you are called by your name on a display to rent the car. The transfer from and to the airport is easy, by bus in about 5 minutes. When you return the car without issues and with the correct amount of fuel, the check-out is very quick. Marbesol operates 24 hours a day, which is also an advantage.

The experience with Marbesol was great. The pick-up and drop-off process was quick and easy. I had reserved an Opel Corsa and they recommended a slightly more powerful car for the route we were going to take, a Nissan Juke for €35 more, and it was a great decision. Everything was exactly as agreed, with no hidden charges or card holds. Everything was perfect. We would definitely rent from them again. Thank you.
