Restaurants in Malaga
The cuisine in Malaga is the compilation of the gastronomy of the whole province. The typical dish is "El pescaíto frito" based on jureles, boquerones, salmonetes, calamares or octopus, also gazpacho and gazpachuelo, cazuela de fideos, migas and ensalada malagueña, among others. We cannot forget the Malaga Wine, famous since the Phoenicians and the Romans made it known, they are sweet wines with Moscatel or Pedro Ximenez type grapes.
