A hire day refers to a period of 24 hours from the start time of rental. There will be a grace period of two hours, after which they will be charged a full day rental.

Each car will have a fixed term of at least one day and no more than thirty days. If you need the vehicle for a longer period you will have to contact the reservation department by telephone +34 952 234 916 or email [email protected].

You can ask for it at the moment of giving back the car, once they have been paid all the extra charges associated with the rental, facilitating our staff the corresponding fiscal data.

The driver must be the owner of the rental agreement who must present his/her driver's license at the time of picking up the vehicle. A second driver shall be permitted always providing his/her personal data to our staff, as well as driver's license.

You can drive all over the Iberian Peninsula. The All Inclusive option covers Gibraltar and Portugal as well. You cannot travel to Ceuta, Melilla or the islands.

All our contracts are without excess.

In case you want to extend your rental contract, you must visit one of our offices before your current contract expires, sign the extension agreement, and make the corresponding payments. Please note that vehicle availability may affect the extension. Extensions are not allowed over the phone, email, or text message. Any unilateral extension of the contract is considered unauthorized use of the vehicle and may have implications for the customer's liability for damages.

The minimum time for booking your vehicle must be 4 hours in advance, in the case of renting a car in Malaga and 24 hours if it is for a car rental in Marbella.

If the cancellation is within 7 days of the date the reservation was made, and is not within 48 hours prior to the time of delivery of the vehicle, all charges will be refunded. If the cancellation is within 7 days of the date the reservation was made, and is not within 48 hours prior to the time of delivery of the vehicle, all charges will be refunded. If the cancellation is outside the 7 days following the date on which the reservation was made, and is not within 48 hours prior to the time of delivery of the vehicle, all charges will be refunded except 25 euros for cancellation charges. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the time of delivery of the vehicle, no charge will be refunded.

If your reservation has being done more than 24 hours ago and you have not received an email confirming it, probably it has been blocked by the anti-spam filter of your email.Check out if our e-mail is either in the spam or spam of your email. The minimum age of the driver is 21 years old, and they must have held a valid driving licence or an approved driving licence in Spain for at least 1 year. Drivers under 25 years of age are only eligible to rent basic vehicles of groups A, B, C, D and E. They will also be obliged to take out additional insurance for €4/day. Drivers over 75 years of age must also take out additional insurance for €4/day (minimum €12 and maximum €48 per contract).
